M.2 PCIe Gen 5 ultra-fast transfer speed
The TS-h1677AXU-RP comes with two M.2 2280 PCIe Gen 5 slots that allow for installing NVMe SSDs (including WD®, Micron®, Seagate®, Kingston®) to boost NAS performance. PCIe Gen 5 is backwards compatible with PCIe Gen 4 / PCIe Gen 3 for flexible SSD deployment.

Abundant I/O capabilities with PCIe Gen 4 expansion
The TS-h1677AXU-RP has three PCIe Gen 4 slots (twice the bandwidth of PCIe Gen 3) that allow for installing various expansion cards for expanding application potential.
