About your delivery

Excepting clearance items (see below), your goods are dispatched on a next working day delivery service if your order is placed before 15:30. If placed after this time, we will still try our best to get the order to you next working day, but we cannot guarantee it. In particular please note:

  • Orders placed after 15:30 are likely to be processed on the next working day.

Please note that for NON GUARANTEED next working day delivery service, we cannot be held responsible for any delivery problems associated with the courier. Typically 90% of items are delivered next working day, and we try our best to ensure this level of service is maintained.

CLEARANCE ITEMS: Clearance items are dispatched within 1 day if order is placed before 2pm.

DELIVERY OF BULKY ITEMS: On particularly bulky items needing extra care in transport, such as large plasma screens or large printers, we may have to apply a delivery surcharge to cover the increased shipping costs. Please enquire beforehand if you wish to order such an item.
