  1. The LambdaTek Marketplace System you must abide by our Business terms and conditions. You must therefore hold a Business grade account with LambdaTek
  2. The LambdaTek Marketplace System is merely intended as an aide to help you maintain your marketplace catalogue. Whilst we make every effort to ensure it is error free, LambdaTek will take no responsibility for any mistakes in the pricing and stock of the listings published using this system.
  3. The LambdaTek Marketplace System is provided free of charge on the condition that any marketplace sales arising from its use are fulfilled by purchases from the LambdaTek shop.
  4. LambdaTek reserves the right to suspend your access to The LambdaTek Marketplace System without notice for any reason it might find appropriate. Some reasons might be, but not be limited to, breaching any of the above conditions.
