Business customers enjoy the same rights as Consumers in all respects, except that they may be unable cancel the contract once the order has been processed, so please make sure this is the item your require as a restocking fee may apply for unwanted items, unless it was a mistake on our part or the product is found to be faulty.

Terms and Conditions for Business Customers relating to the Return of Non-Faulty Goods

Purchases made by a business are subject to the following conditions and the distance selling regulations for end consumers do not apply:

LambdaTek will not accept the return of goods unless such return has been authorised by LambdaTek. LambdaTek retains the right at its sole discretion whether to accept the return of goods and if so a charge may apply.

If a restocking fee is offered, the goods must be unopened and in the original packaging, with all the seals intact. All goods are inspected on arrival and refunds will not be issued if the goods are not in this condition. They must be in a re-sellable condition and must be returned to us at your expense. We will refund the total amount paid for the goods, less any restocking fees, delivery and collection charges, within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.

If you wish to return goods you must obtain a returns number (RMA) by completing the online returns form in your LambdaTek Account area. Returns numbers are valid for 7 days.

In all other respects our Standard apply.
