Rack power distribution units (rPDUs) are the last link in the power chain, ensuring delivery of critical power to IT loads. These critical components play a key role in data center infrastructure management, giving you access torack-level power consumption andenvironmental information. Rack PDUs also allow you to directly control power to IT equipment for better capacity and power management

Having rPDUs that are properlyinstalled and maintained is essential for critical system availability. However, your internal resources who aredealing with time and budgetrestraints cannot always give rPDUs the attention they need. Additionally, services that aren’t provided by the original equipment manufacturer(OEM) may not be comprehensive or include the level of expertise required.

By choosing a bundled solution that combines market-leading rPDUtechnology with lifecycle services provided by the OEM, you simplify the management of your IT equipment.


Comprehensive five (5) years’ Service Program starting from 2 working days after Customer online registration (Effective Date) including:
• 24x7 access to the Emergency Service Centre in English.
• Ticket acknowledgment within next business day.
• Response commitment within next business day from ticket acknowledgment:
o shipment of the replacement unit or part of it.
Vertiv reserves the right to request the End-Customer to return the faulty unit, in this case Vertiv will provide an RMA number, the address and any other instructions for the return of the faulty unit. End Customer shall bear all the costs to return the failed Equipment.
