The free-standing industrial network enclosures are specially adapted to the requirements of harsh environments in accordance with protection class IP55. The base chassis can be opened modularly thanks to its galvanized, screw-fastened panels. It is also equipped with a slide-on cable inlet with a foam rubber seal and PG cable glands. A plinth (100 mm) mounted under the enclosure provides more storage space for excess cable lengths. Two pairs of galvanized 483 mm (19") profile rails, labelled with height units that can be read in both directions, are installed inside. They can be adjusted in depth and are connected to additional depth braces in the cabinet. Each enclosure is a robust steel construction made from sheet steel up to 2.0 mm thick. All-round profile perforation supports a wide range of installation options in the cabinet. The coloring takes the form of electrostatic powder coating in the standard color grey (RAL 7035). The adhesion according to EN ISO 2409: Class 0 to 1 and the 500-hour salt spray resistance test confirm a possible operating temperature of -25 °C to + 70 °C. The removable side panels, fastened with countersunk screws, and doors including swivel handle with profile half cylinder, improve the safety of accessibility.
